Positive: It was immaculate, easy to find and in walking distance down to CBD and public transport. The staff were friendly, well presented and super helpful! There was a young lady being trained on reception & the staff member training her could not be more attentive. There is food options at the hotel - Breakfast & dinner (at extra cost of course, there is menus at reception) or Takeout and restaurants are really close by. There was very little noise, considering it was the weekend and the hotel is central! and the room had air conditioning which was a blessing after a day at the beach. The spa bath was a perfect touch and both spa & shower pressure and temperature was amazing. I will most definitely be back at some point. Thanks so much for a wonderful few days, during a really stressful time. The stay made me feel so much better :)
